Judy Joe is a Clark County homeowner and taxpayer advocate running for County Assessor to bring accountability, fair values, and real relief for seniors and veterans.

Judy Joe has spent her career navigating complex institutions and getting to fair outcomes: over ten years as a federal Regulatory Compliance Inspector in a security-sensitive position, experience in the corporate sector, and 40 hours of dispute-resolution training through the Los Angeles City Attorney's office, where she volunteered as a mediator and resolved dozens of cases.
She grew up on a farm and earned a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business management, with two years of graduate study. Nearly ten years ago she left California for Nevada, for friendlier people, a slower pace, and a more conservative state, and became a homeowner here.
She got into this race as a property taxpayer who wanted to know where the money goes and see some accountability. As Assessor she'll get property values right, help seniors and veterans claim every dollar of relief they've earned, make sure no homeowner loses the 3% cap by accident, and answer to every taxpayer: Democrat, Republican, and independent.
"I jumped into this race because as a property taxpayer, I wanted to see some accountability and see where our money, our taxes were going."
"I'm fighting for all taxpayers: Democrats, Republicans, and independents."Judy Joe
